Listing a venue, posting events and creating an instructor profile on PlayPoolNation are free. This policy covers paid promotions such as Featured Venue and Promoted Event.

• Within 7 days of purchase: ask for a refund for any reason and we will refund the full amount.
• After 7 days: we will refund the unused days if we cannot deliver the promotion (for example a technical problem on our side), or if we remove a promotion early.
• Ending early: you can ask us to end a promotion at any time; refunds after 7 days are at our discretion.

To request a refund, email info@playpoolnation.com with your order number. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
