PlayPoolNation (playpoolnation.com) is operated by Justin Couch, Sioux Falls, SD (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms.

The directory

PlayPoolNation lists pool halls, bars with pool tables, events, leagues and instructors. We work to keep information accurate, but details such as hours, table counts, prices and event dates can change. Please confirm with the venue before you go. Listings are provided as-is, without warranties.

Accounts

Accounts are free. Keep your login details private and give accurate information. We may suspend accounts that misuse the site.

What you post

When you add a venue, post an event, write a review, create an instructor profile or suggest an edit, you confirm the information is true to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it. You let us display, edit and remove it on PlayPoolNation. We review submissions and may decline or remove anything that is inaccurate, misleading, offensive or unlawful. Venue owners who claim a listing must be authorized to manage that venue.

Paid promotions

Venue owners and event organizers can buy promotions (for example Featured Venue or Promoted Event). A promotion places the listing first in relevant search results for the number of days stated at purchase, starting when payment is confirmed. Promoted listings are labelled for visitors. Promotions do not guarantee any number of visitors or customers. Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store card numbers. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. We may remove a promotion, with a refund for unused days, if the listing breaks these terms.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of South Dakota. Questions: info@playpoolnation.com.
